Every child grows and learns in their own way. At Devkul Pathshala, we believe assessment should help children improve, not create fear or pressure. That is why we follow a simple, friendly, and continuous assessment system.

Children are assessed through daily class activities, worksheets, oral work, group tasks, and small tests. Teachers observe how children participate, understand lessons, and interact with others. This gives a clear picture of each child’s progress without stressing them.

Assessments are designed to match the child’s age and level. For younger children, learning is checked through play, drawing, storytelling, and conversation. For older students, assessments include written work, projects, and classroom discussions. The goal is to understand learning, not just marks.

Parent communication is a key part of our system. We believe parents should always know how their child is doing in school. Teachers regularly share feedback with parents through meetings, progress reports, and direct conversations.

Parent-teacher meetings are organized to discuss academic progress, behavior, and emotional development. Teachers share both strengths and areas where improvement is needed. Parents can ask questions and share their concerns openly.

We also encourage daily communication when needed. If a child needs extra support or shows special interest in an area, parents are informed early. This helps parents support learning at home as well.

This strong connection between school and home creates trust. When parents and teachers work together, children feel supported from both sides. Regular assessment and clear communication help children grow with confidence and consistency.
